Ceiling plastering in Apeldoorn

Professional finishing of ceilings for a flawless result – also for sloping roofs and attics.

Sloping wall after plastering, smooth finish

A smooth ceiling makes the difference

The ceiling is the largest surface in a room that is not covered by furniture, so cracks, seams or old spray finishes stand out. A smooth plastered ceiling makes the whole room look calmer, brighter and more modern.

What we do

  • Plaster old spray finishes smooth
  • Plasterboard ceilings: reinforce seams and plaster fully smooth
  • Finish sloping roofs and attic ceilings
  • Repair cracks and damage
  • Paint-ready finish, with painting on request

Proper preparation

Plastering ceilings requires good preparation. We fully cover the floor and furniture, tape off frames and light points and work from a sturdy ladder or scaffold. That way your home stays clean.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can a ceiling with a spray finish be plastered smooth?

Yes, in most cases. We first check that the existing layer is firmly attached, apply a bonding coat and then plaster the ceiling smooth. Was your home built before 1994? If in doubt, have the spray finish tested for asbestos first.

Does the room need to be empty?

Preferably, as that is faster and safer. Large furniture that cannot be moved out is pushed to the middle and carefully covered.
