Who we are

What data we process

We only process data that you provide to us yourself, for example via WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job, photos of the room and information about the desired work.

Why we use your data

To contact you, prepare a quote, carry out the work and invoice it. The legal basis is the (preparation of the) agreement with you and our legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation.

How long we keep data

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within one year. Invoices and accounts are kept for seven years, as required by law.

Sharing with others

We never sell your data. We only share data when necessary to carry out the job or to comply with a legal obligation. Messages via WhatsApp and email are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) and Google.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor analytics tools that follow you. Our hosting provider may briefly store technical data, such as your IP address, in server logs for security.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. Send a message to apeldoorn4renovatie@gmail.com. Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
